House rules
No smoking. No pets, including brief visits, due to severe pet-dander allergies. Sunday check-in and checkout. The wood fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The beach and Duck Village are within walking distance. Beach access is via Schooner Ridge Beach Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
