The ground floor has a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second floor has two queen ensuites with private bathrooms and deck access; one includes a whirlpool tub and separate standing shower, while the other has a standing shower. Two further bedrooms on this level contain two twin beds and two twin-over-twin bunk sets respectively, with a separate full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The third floor contains the living area with TV and a seasonal wood fireplace, a sunroom, deck, equipped kitchen, dining area with wet bar, a ship’s watch with an additional table and chairs, and a half bathroom. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Outside are a patio, private outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, charcoal and gas grills, and a basketball hoop. Five beach chairs are provided. Schooner Ridge community facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, a washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided. Parking accommodates five vehicles.
