Head Over Hills is a boutique retreat with eight open-plan en-suite bedrooms across four suites and four deluxe rooms. The Elephant Suite has an ocean-facing view, a private balcony and a bathroom with a sauna. The Captain’s Suite has a private balcony and a spa bath; its bathroom is incorporated into the bedroom. The Whale Suite is on the upper level at the eastern corner of the house and overlooks the ocean, Knysna Heads and Outeniqua mountains.
The Seahorse Suite is a set-back open-plan mini-suite with sea and lagoon views. Deluxe rooms have private balconies; the Pansy Shell Room can be arranged with twin beds or as a king bed on request. The Dolphin Room has a king-size extra-length bed and an open-plan en-suite bathroom. The ground-floor Oyster Room has a queen-size extra-length bed and ocean views. A gourmet breakfast is included and served in the dining room or on the deck. Lunch and dinner are available on request; a private chef prepares a daily à-la-carte menu.
