House rules
No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and checkout. The bedroom fireplace is not available for use; the great-room gas fireplace is available during chillier months. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not enter the elevator hoistway or operate the elevator if its locking system is faulty, it makes unusual sounds or its ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
The oceanfront home has direct beach access via a private walkway with steps. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access.
