Haven’s rooms have private bathrooms, air-conditioning, a fan, a king-size bed with a posture-zone mattress, bath and beach towels, a water jug, tea and coffee, a beach bag, and slippers. Common lounges have small libraries. Some rooms include a writing desk. A village shop sells basic personal-care products; single-use amenities are not provided for environmental reasons. Big Tree Bistro is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, including food from its wood-fired kitchen. Airport, train-station and bus-station transfers are offered. Weekend and holiday evenings and summer months can be noisy because of nearby beach karaoke.

Haven is on the beach in Bai Xep, about 10 km from Quy Nhon. Nearby beach karaoke can cause considerable noise on weekend and holiday evenings and throughout the summer months.
