The house

Beachfront offers approximately 160 m² across the ground and lower-ground floors. The ground floor has a bright living and dining area, a seating area with flat-screen TV and BOSE hi-fi, an iPod dock, a well-equipped kitchen and a separate retreat for reading or working. A shower room with WC is also on this floor. All three bedrooms are on the lower-ground floor, each with a double bed, wardrobe space and flat-screen TV. The double beds measure 200 × 200 cm, 160 × 200 cm and 180 × 200 cm. Two further bathrooms include one with a large shower and WC and another with a bathtub and infrared cabin. Painted light wells feature Sylt motifs. The garden and large terrace have outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a beach chair available approximately April–October. A fireplace is provided with firewood included. Heating and window privacy screens are provided. Entertainment equipment includes four TVs, digital TV reception, radio, CD, DVD and Blu-ray players. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the property are included.
