The house

The approximately 65 m² apartment is arranged on one level with two bedrooms, a living room, an open kitchen and a daylight bathroom. The living room opens onto a sheltered south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a traditional Sylt beach chair in a landscaped garden. The dining table seats four. The kitchen has an induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave/oven combination, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. The living room has a sofa bed, internet radio, flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs; the smaller bedroom also has an all-in-one printer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, illuminated cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, towel warmer and underfloor heating. A shared sauna is on the grounds. Heating, an ironing board and window privacy coverings are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, starter bathroom supplies, a water carafe and luggage service to and from the apartment are included.
