House rules
No parties, events or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. The terraced garden has unretained walls that may present a hazard to small children. Extra charges may apply for additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by arrangement for an additional charge.
Getting there
The property is above Nelson's waterfront. Boatshed Cafe and Restaurant, Boathouse Restaurant and Venue, Nahm Thai Restaurant and Styx Cafe and Restaurant are a 5-minute walk away. Tahunanui Beach is 5 minutes by car, and downtown Nelson is less than 5 minutes by car. The driveway is steep. Nelson Airport is 15 minutes by car.
