House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Cancellation terms offer a full refund at least 5 days before check-in and a 50% refund less than 5 days before check-in, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. The second bedroom's mezzanine bunk bed is intended only for one child or teenager aged 9–18.
