The principal bedroom has a queen-sized bed and colourful artwork. The second bedroom has a bespoke diagonal single mezzanine bunk with a custom-made mattress, a desk and a low bench beneath it. This bed is intended only for one child or teenager aged 9–18.

The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and a wash basin. A separate WC is near the laundry room, which contains the washing machine; a tumble dryer is also available.
