The apartment is accessible by lift or stairs. The living area has a sofa, armchair, Smart TV and a dining table seating four. The bedroom has a super king-sized bed and ample storage. The bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower.

The compact, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, blender, cookware and tableware.
