The house

The apartment combines vintage furnishings, polished timber floors and contemporary interiors. The light-filled living area has a Smart TV and two couches, alongside a dining area with a timber table seating six that can also serve as a workspace. A small private balcony offers glimpses of Sydney Harbour, and the apartment has a private entrance.

The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven with separate grill, Breville microwave, SMEG fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and natural light. The bathroom has a high-pressure shower and vanity, with a separate toilet outside. A sofa bed in the living room can be prepared before arrival for an additional $80; request it when booking.

Air conditioning is provided throughout, with heating, an in-unit washing machine and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Other amenities include a hair dryer and iron. Barangaroo Marrinawi Cove is a three-minute stroll away, and the ferries at Circular Quay are 15 minutes away. Potential noise may occur during stays. There is no on-property parking. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided.
