Pets are not permitted. No smoking. No parties or events. The apartment is unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12 because of the stairs and glass balustrades. One dedicated off-street car park is provided; additional vehicles need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent. Check-in and check-out times can change by arrangement.
Getting there
The apartment is accessed via a steep but safe driveway and stairs. Tahunanui Beach is 2.4 km away. Waterfront restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance, while Nelson city centre is a short drive or Uber ride away.
