House rules
No parties or venue use, no smoking, and no pets. The apartment is unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12 because of the stairs and glass balustrades. Additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal may incur extra charges. Garage storage is available by early request.
Getting there
The apartment is accessed via a steep driveway and stairs. Tahunanui Beach is 2.4 km away; waterfront cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and downtown Nelson is less than a 5-minute drive away. One car park is available; an additional vehicle must be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
