House rules
No parties or venue use. No smoking. No pets. Because of the stairs and glass balustrades, the apartments are unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12. Additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur extra charges.
Getting there
Access is via a steep driveway and stairs to both apartments. Tahunanui Beach is a short drive away, and waterfront restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Two car parks are available; additional vehicles must be parked below on Poynters Crescent.
