The house

The home has light-filled, open-plan living spaces with expansive windows overlooking the harbour. A spacious deck provides outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub with water views, alongside a garden/patio and an outdoor hot shower with a basin.

Two bedrooms each have a queen bed; the third has a king single and a trundle. A converted garage provides additional sleeping space with a queen bed and a bunk bed. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower, hand basin and bidet/toilet. A second, ensuite bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet, and there is an additional toilet with a hand basin.

The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and oven. A Smart TV, Wi-Fi and books are provided. Heating and cooling equipment includes a heat pump, air conditioning, an electric heater and an electric fan. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A kayak and stand-up paddle board are available.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with beds made before arrival and stripped after departure. Pillows and duvets are provided. The property has a private driveway and off-road parking.
