The upper level has an open-plan dining and lounge area opening onto a covered alfresco deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating. Indoor dining includes a large table and breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has appliances, cooking utensils and a butler’s pantry. The lounge has sofas and an electric fireplace, and the home has evaporative cooling. Downstairs, a separate TV room has a PS4 and games. A dedicated workspace includes a swivel chair, dual monitors, keyboard and mouse.
Two bedrooms have queen beds. The primary bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with a double vanity; the other queen bedroom opens onto the entertaining deck. Two downstairs bedrooms each have a combination bunk with a double bed below and a single above. In addition to the ensuite, there is a full bathroom on each level, each with a bathtub and shower. An internal laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.
