The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and is close to waterfront dining, cafés, shops and attractions. Its open-plan living area has comfortable seating, an HD TV, split-system air conditioning, a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, rice maker, essential cookware, an espresso machine and a pour-over coffee setup. A four-seat dining table has water views, while the private balcony offers outdoor dining and a gas BBQ overlooking the city towards the harbour.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a king bed that can be separated into two singles upon request. The primary bedroom has harbour outlooks and a private ensuite. A second full bathroom is also available; both bathrooms have showers, fresh towels and essential toiletries.

Shared facilities include an outdoor pool, loungers, a gym, communal outdoor seating and an on-site restaurant. The apartment has a private laundry with a washing machine and dryer, plus free garage parking for one vehicle.
