Harbour Bay 31 accommodates up to six guests in a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome. The front and back decks offer canal views and sunset vistas over Assawoman Bay. Beaches are a short walk away, with groceries, shopping and local dining within easy reach.

The coastal-style interior features recent updates, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, utensils, a blender and a dishwasher, indoor dining, and a waterfront dining table on the back deck. The living room has a large wall-mounted smart TV and a queen sofa bed. The fireplace is decorative and non-functional.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and each has an en suite bathroom and a private deck or balcony. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a twin bed; Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a twin bed. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer are available.

Shared facilities include an onsite pool and community charcoal grills by the pool. Grills are not permitted on decks or the surrounding property.
