# Harbors End Retreat East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house This 3,300-plus-square-foot home accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and a half bathroom. A first-floor king bedroom and an upstairs king bedroom each have a full ensuite bathroom. The other upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. The upstairs king bedroom has its own private stairway. The downstairs living room opens to the dining room and kitchen, and there is a separate den. The modern kitchen has recessed-panel cabinetry and granite countertops. Facilities include a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware and wine fridge. Central air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer, dryer, linens and towels are provided. Outside are a cedar deck, a private heated gunite pool, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower and a gas grill. A bicycle and parking are available. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Smoking is not allowed. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $100.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included; stays longer than seven nights require one cleaning per week at the guest’s expense. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees or an increased security deposit may apply. Payments are generally non-refundable. If the owner elects to reopen canceled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking. If no replacement booking is made, the original stay may be used if payments are current and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. Up to $25,000 of damage protection replaces a security deposit, subject to the booking agreement.
