House rules
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The Pacific beach and Newport Harbor are each a short walk away. Lido Marina Village is just around the corner; Newport Pier is a walk along the sand. Seabright Sky occupies the upper floor and Harborlight the lower level. Parking includes one reserved space; street sweeping on 30th Street occurs on Thursdays.
