The duplex comprises two complete homes under one roof, each with a private entrance and outdoor space, accommodating up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Upstairs, Seabright Sky has a living area with a sectional and large TV, a dining table for four and two kitchen-counter seats. Its full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. A private balcony has a BBQ. Its three bedrooms contain one king and two queen beds, and its two full bathrooms include a shower/tub combination and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, Harborlight has a separate entrance and private outdoor space. Its three bedrooms contain two queen beds and one double bed. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. The home also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and keypad self-check-in.

The Pacific beach and Newport Harbor are short walks in opposite directions. Lido Marina Village is just around the corner, and Newport Pier can be reached on foot along the sand. The Balboa Fun Zone and Balboa Island Ferry are a short drive away.

Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
