House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not permitted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Pets under 10 kg are allowed, except animals considered dangerous. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are optional and charged separately; ordered linen is supplied at arrival for the stay, without replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; bathroom towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €170 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. A dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is not available; do not use household sockets to charge vehicles.
