Optional charges: kitchen towels €2 per booking; bathroom towel set (one small and one large towel) €7 per booking; double-bed linen €18 per bed; single-bed linen €14 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €170 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorisation. A dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket is not available; do not use household sockets to charge vehicles.
