Happy Hour accommodates six guests in a restored midcentury home featured on the Modernism Week Tour in 2019. The open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen retain post-and-beam ceilings and walls of glass. The home has updated heating and cooling, flat-screen televisions and high-speed internet access. The backyard is completely walled and gated for privacy, with chaise loungers, outdoor sofas, a covered dining pavilion and a firepit seating area. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and iron with ironing board are provided. All bedrooms have hotel-quality mattresses and ample storage. The primary suite opens to an outdoor courtyard with direct pool access; the two guest bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom.

Located in the residential Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive. The airport, convention center, casino, grocery stores, casual restaurants and coffee shops are nearby.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Dogs only; no other pets are allowed. The misting system is not for guest use. Request optional pool and spa heating before arrival; an extra daily fee applies and heating can take up to 48 hours.
