Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The check-in window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. Tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days before arrival, according to local regulations. Reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The building has no elevator. Genoa Brignole train station is an eight-minute drive away; the airport is about a 30-minute drive away.
