## About the house

The lodge has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower.

The open-plan living and dining area includes soft furnishings and a flat-screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen, cookware, bed linens, washing machine and central heating are provided. A private terrace overlooks the maintained grounds.

Guests can use the park's JJ's Bar & Grill, takeaway pizza shack, nine-hole golf course, driving range and children's play park. The park also has a golf shop, solarium and walking paths through its grounds.

The park is just off the A1079, around two miles from Pocklington and approximately a half-hour drive from York city centre. Local buses connect York and Pocklington, with a short taxi ride from Pocklington to the park. An on-site team supports check-in.

Only one vehicle may use the parking space beside the lodge; additional vehicles may unload luggage there but must park in the main car park for the duration of the stay.
