## About the house

The 165 sqm home is arranged over two floors. Its living areas include a dining table with six lime-green chairs. The master bedroom has an ensuite and access to a roof terrace with another table for six; the third bedroom also opens onto the terrace.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, and Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has a single sofa bed and a single trundle bed; request their setup before your stay. Fans are provided in all bedrooms between May and September.

The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and hair dryer are available. Other facilities include air conditioning, free internet, cable television, a sound system and a hot tub. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The kitchen television is not in use, and the fireplaces are ornamental.

South Kensington’s boutiques are nearby. Harrods and King’s Road are within walking distance, and Knightsbridge tube station is a six-minute walk away.
