No loud noise is permitted at any time. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed, except for use of a designated smoking area. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Animals are admitted subject to the stated size and breed restrictions. A refundable security deposit applies: €200 for up to six adults and €400 for seven adults or more at properties with a private pool. Extra guests are subject to the advertised capacity and sleeping arrangements.

The nearest stated beach is 6 km away. Ramla Beach and Hondoq Ir-Rummien are a five-minute drive away; Dahlet Qorrot Beach is listed at 1.6 km and Ramla Beach at 5.29 km.
