The window-lined dining room has sliding divider doors and connects to the living space through a built-in bar. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ice machine, wine fridge, utensils and a garden-view breakfast nook.

A wraparound ocean-facing lanai is accessible from the living room, dining room and primary suite. The private courtyard contains an oceanfront pool, lounge seating, a BBQ grill and shaded dining area. A private pathway leads directly to the shoreline. There is also a garden and outdoor shower.
