## About the house

The open-plan studio has a sitting area with large picture windows, a private lanai, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a closet and a dresser. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed and a single pull-out sofa best suited to one small child. The ensuite bathroom has a combined bathtub and shower. A hotel-size mini fridge and coffee maker are provided. Television has basic cable channels; streaming apps are not available.

Shared resort facilities include two unheated swimming pools, a large hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a professional tennis shop, fitness and business centers, an ocean-view fire pit and multiple BBQ areas. Coin-operated laundry is available on site. Complimentary bell service operates from 7am to 10pm, with overnight assistance through security. Beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.

Happy Talk Lounge and Wiki Wiki Pizza are temporarily closed because of hurricane-related damage, with an estimated closure of approximately 4–6 months. A small coffee shop remains available on the property, with additional dining options in Princeville. A starter kit supplies approximately four days of dish soap, laundry detergent and toiletries.

Scenic beaches, coastal trails, local dining and boutique shopping are within walking distance. Hanalei town, golf courses and hiking are a short drive away. A car is recommended.

Mandatory mid-stay cleaning applies to reservations of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. Resort charges, subject to change, are $50 for one-time check-in, $25 daily for the resort fee and $20 daily for parking if applicable. During winter gnat season, keep doors and windows closed and screens secured.
