The indoor dining table seats six. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, ocean views, lanai access, cable TV, DVD player, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A loft off the living room has two queen beds. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender and rice cooker. The villa includes air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and ventless dryer, linens, hair dryer, iron, television and a private entrance. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
