House rules

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The resort separately collects a one-time $50 check-in fee plus applicable local taxes and a $25 daily resort fee plus applicable local taxes. Parking, when guests have a car, costs $20 per day plus applicable local taxes. These fees are not included in the reservation total and may change without prior notice. The resort fee includes Wi-Fi and access to resort facilities, including the fitness center, business center, tennis and pickleball courts, pools and hot tub. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more; stays of 21 nights or more require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee, and customer support coordinates scheduling and charges. The hospitality lounge has an additional charge on departure day. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Getting there

The accommodation is on the third floor with no elevator. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase. A car is necessary. Complimentary resort rides can be requested for travel to the beach, parking lot, pools and accommodation. Gnats are more prevalent during winter months; keep doors and windows closed where possible and screens securely in place. Very small gnats may pass through screens.
