House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Long-term stays are allowed. A mandatory $56.75 check-in fee, $20 parking fee per vehicle per night and $25 resort fee per night are payable at check-in. All fees are subject to state and local taxes and are excluded from the rental rate. During winter gnat season, keep doors and windows closed as much as possible and ensure screens are securely in place.
Getting there
The condo is arranged over two levels, with a loft sleeping area above the kitchen and dining area. Hanalei Bay Beach is within walking access, and a car is recommended for the area. Seasonal gnats may be present in winter and may pass through fine mesh screens. Happy Talk Lounge and Wiki Wiki Pizza are temporarily closed due to hurricane-related damage, with an estimated closure of 4–6 months; an on-property coffee shop remains available.
