Set on just under an acre, the home has bright living areas, a living room with a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning brick fireplace, a dining area and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Glass doors open onto a wraparound mahogany deck beside the heated outdoor pool. A primary bedroom suite and a large den are on the main floor, with additional bedrooms upstairs and a queen-bed sleeping space and laundry on the lower level.

Each named bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a television and a closet. The lower-level sleeping space also has a queen bed and air conditioning. The home includes heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee-making equipment, toaster, blender, dishes, cutlery and cookware. Smart TV and a Sonos speaker system are available.

Outside are a fenced yard, ten lounge chairs, patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella, a gas grill, four beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella, a kayak/canoe and a paddle board. Driveway parking accommodates four cars, and an electric vehicle charger is available.

Sag Harbor and Southampton villages, their restaurants and shops, and ocean beaches are within easy reach. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
