Indoor facilities include a children's game room, gym, finished lower-level media area, office, heating and a usable wood-burning fireplace. Two main-floor bedrooms each have a queen bed; upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and balcony/deck, and another has a queen bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, and bedrooms 2 and 3 have TVs. Three full bathrooms include a main-floor shower bathroom, a lower-level shower bathroom and an upstairs bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The fenced backyard includes an uncovered patio with outdoor dining furniture, an umbrella and multiple seating areas, four lounge chairs, a gas barbecue and gas fire pit. There is a private outdoor heated freshwater pool with fencing, a freestanding hot tub, sauna, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, swing set and pool toys. Four beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available. The home is a short distance from the beach and close to restaurants, shopping and golf. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included in the total rental amount, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $135.00 per night of the reservation.
