What charges and deposit are published?
Hoomy concierge service costs 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and is subject to its documented covered causes and supporting evidence; the source lists cancellation for various causes, compensation for unused days after late arrival and interruption of stay; consult the insurance terms. Personalized welcome and departure and electric heating are included. A large free public car park is available. A refundable EUR 800 deposit per reservation is required with the final payment, by card preauthorization or card-number guarantee. Tourist-tax wording differs: the description says it is added to the rental amount and payable before the stay, while the tax panel says it is included in the total price. Confirm the dated invoice and payment treatment with the operator.
What cancellation schedule is displayed?
The displayed schedule charges 0% of the rental amount from booking until 29 days before arrival, 50% from 28 to 16 days before arrival, and 100% from 15 days before arrival through check-in or for a no-show.
