The house

The home has 2,564 square feet of interior living space. Its open-concept living and dining areas have vaulted ceilings and folding pocket doors opening to a covered lanai. The fully equipped kitchen has an oversized island with seating, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. A barbecue is also provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, private lanai access and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and garden and mountain views. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and garden views. Guest Bedroom 4 is a guest suite with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk and twin upper bunk. Each bedroom has central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and its own ensuite bathroom. A separate powder room is also available.

Outside are a private pool, hot tub, covered lounge, outdoor dining and seating areas, garden and outdoor shower. Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. The home also has a private entrance, Wi-Fi, smart television, washer and dryer.

Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s Beach are nearby, with dining and shopping in the surrounding South Shore area. A car is necessary. Active construction below the home may be visible from parts of the property. Access to The Club at Kukuiʻula, including golf and club amenities, is not included.
