The house

The villa has over 1,600 square feet of furnished interiors with Hawaiian artwork, an open-plan living and dining area, cable TV, and two private lanais overlooking the golf course and Pacific Ocean. Outdoor seating and a dining set provide space for meals outside. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the villa throughout.

The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and bar seating, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. A full laundry room includes a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, linens, beach towels and complimentary mid-stay housekeeping for stays of five nights or longer are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ocean and mountain views, a private lanai and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed, TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fan and mountain view. There are also two guest full bathrooms.

Shared community facilities include a lagoon-style oceanfront pool, hot tub, Ocean Club Bar & Grill, an open-air ocean-view fitness center, barbecue grills, shaded picnic areas, and tennis and basketball courts. A $25/day resort fee, paid directly to Hali‘i Kai, provides access to exclusive amenities. Resort spa services, shops, golf access, groceries, restaurants, bar and tennis access are marked as chargeable.

Anaeho‘omalu Bay (A-Bay), championship golf courses, Queens’ Market Place and Kings’ Shops are within walking access. The villa is on the second floor, with stairs for entry and interior stairs to upper-level bedrooms and bathrooms. A car is recommended. Free parking is available, but electric-vehicle charging is not available at the property.
