The house

This single-level, 1,403-square-foot villa accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a 66-inch LCD television and a dining table for six. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, African mahogany cabinetry and a breakfast bar for three, plus a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender and rice cooker. The lanai has dining for six and a private gas barbecue grill.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a separate soaking tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed convertible to two twins and a 37-inch television. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, a 37-inch television and access to a shared full bathroom with a tub-shower combination. All three bedrooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa also provides Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer, an iron, satellite or cable television, stereo and DVD player. Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available for guest use; beach-equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

The Ocean Club, community pool and resort pavilion are steps away. Shared resort facilities include a lagoon-style pool, a heated lava-rock spa, a poolside bar and grill, an ocean-facing open-air fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, walking trails, and the Coconut Grove area with hammocks and picnic barbecues. Resort amenity access costs $25/day, paid directly to Hali‘i Kai Resort, increasing to $35/day from September 1, 2026. Additional charges apply to listed resort services such as spa services, dining, golf access and beach-equipment rentals.
