House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Check-in and checkout are on Sundays. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its locking system is faulty, it makes unusual sounds or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
Oceanfront location with a shared beach walkway. The elevator serves all levels, but steps or thresholds may be required for access; elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
