This remodeled home offers approximately 3,500 sq ft of living space, vaulted ceilings and large windows. The connected living and dining areas include breakfast-bar seating, and a bonus room provides space for lounging, reading or games. A covered lanai offers outdoor dining with ocean and fairway views, alongside a garden, private yard and backyard sitting nook.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, toaster, kettle, blender, crockpot and rice cooker. There is also a barbecue and a wet bar with a wine cooler.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, garden views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. The junior bedroom has a California king bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The bonus room has a sofa bed for additional guests. Each bedroom has a Smart TV.

Central air conditioning serves select rooms. High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler are provided, along with starter shampoo, detergents and kitchen basics. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. The home has a private entrance, garage and free parking. Safety equipment includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies to reservations of 10 nights or more. Stays of 21 nights or longer require two mid-stay cleanings. These charges are separate from the departure cleaning fee collected at booking; customer support coordinates scheduling and applies the charges. Maintain at least 15 feet from albatross and their nests. Feeding, approaching, disturbing or harming albatross is prohibited by federal and state law.
