The home has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, a private entrance, a single-level layout, mountain views, a balcony, a garden and a fenced yard. The interior and exterior have undergone a full renovation.

The private saltwater pool features a lazy river, rock waterfall and slide. The ten-person saltwater spa can be heated at the push of a button. Outdoor recreation includes shuffleboard, cornhole, two putting greens, a golf driving-range cage and a basketball court. There is an outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue, covered outdoor dining, outdoor TV, wood fire pit, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a hammock. Firewood is not provided.

Indoor entertainment includes air hockey, foosball, a poker table, 17 board and card games, and a smart TV. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee/tea maker, blender, rice maker, ice maker, cooking basics, utensils, baking sheet and wine glasses. A dining room, dining table and kitchen island are available. The home also has air conditioning, heating, ceiling and portable fans, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels, room-darkening shades and clothing storage. Bathroom supplies include a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided.

Children and infants are welcome. Family equipment includes two Pack N Plays, two highchairs, a stroller, booster seat, toys, books and children's dinnerware. An outdoor play area is available.

A dedicated guest concierge is available before arrival and 24/7 during the stay. The concierge can help arrange catering, in-home chefs, daily housekeeping, exotic car rentals, yacht charters, childcare, grocery delivery, in-home massage, a personal trainer, yoga classes and transportation.
