Listing description
Designed by architect Jeffrey Long with Japanese architectural influences, this three-level home has hardwood floors, custom craftsmanship and ocean-facing glass walls. A 30-foot wall of pocketing sliding glass doors opens the furnished living area and kitchen toward the coastline. The living area includes a Smart TV, cable TV and a speaker system.
The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, small appliances and a built-in wine cellar. Wraparound lanais, decks, a private yard and a rooftop terrace offer ocean and coastline views overlooking Alligator Rock. An outdoor shower, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers are available for guest use. Winter swells and occasional offshore humpback whales can be seen from the property.
The first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, mountain views, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and space for a crib or pack-and-play. Upstairs, Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, air conditioning, ocean views, private lanai access and space for a crib or pack-and-play. Guest Bedroom 3 has a double bed and partial ocean views. The two upstairs bedrooms share an ensuite bathroom; the primary bedroom has nearby half-bath access. An air mattress is available upon request.
A second-floor laundry area includes a washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly facilities and a printer/scanner/fax are available. Children are welcome, and a pack-and-play is provided.
