## About the house

The living area has abundant seating, a Smart TV and ocean-facing walls of glass that open toward the coast. The dining area connects to the lanai, with additional outdoor dining and lounging spaces. Artwork is displayed throughout the home.

The upgraded kitchen has two large islands, generous counters, a pantry, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and cookware. Additional equipment includes a microwave, stove, freezer, coffee maker and grinder, blender, rice cooker, food processor, wine fridge and BBQ.

The private backyard has a heated saltwater pool with a water feature, a hot tub, gardens, loungers, an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area seating eight. Ocean views offer opportunities to watch surfers, turtles and seasonal humpback whales.

All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has an oceanfront lanai and an ensuite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The Kona Coffee, Pua and Surf rooms each have a king bed. The loft-style Ohana Room has a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, balcony and ocean view. Additional sleeping spaces include an office with two twin beds and a nearby bathroom, and a game room with a sofa bed and exterior access. Air conditioning is limited to sleeping areas.

Entertainment includes foosball and a dedicated media room with an 80-inch TV, nine reclining theater seats and a Blu-ray collection. Two full-size washers and dryers, beach towels, a crib, Wi-Fi throughout and free onsite parking are provided.
