The home has an open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings, natural light, island-style décor and ample seating. A separate family room includes a desk area overlooking the garden. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area and outdoor patio, with indoor dining and outdoor dining beneath an umbrella. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ice machine, blender and cooking utensils.

The private lanai and fenced garden have a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Beach chairs, toys and beach towels are available, and additional beach equipment rentals are offered for a charge. A washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, hair dryer, iron, television, smart TV, satellite or cable TV and stereo are provided. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ceiling fan, split air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have a queen bed, ceiling fan and split air conditioning, with shared shower/tub bathrooms. Guest bedroom 5 has a double bed, ceiling fan and garden views. There are three bathrooms in total. Split air conditioning also serves the living room.

Wailupe Beach Park is a five-minute walk away. Hanauma Bay, Koko Marina shopping and dining, Kahala Mall and Waikiki are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Standard occupancy is 10 guests; up to 12 guests may stay with prior approval and extra fees.

The electricity allowance is $350/month; excess usage is deducted from the required $550 Electric Security Deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if usage remains within the allowance. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge.
