The home has 2,927 square feet of interior space, with an open living and dining area connected to the outdoors by expansive glass sliders. The equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment and small appliances.

Two primary bedrooms each have a king bed and ocean views. Guest Bedroom 3 has two double beds and mountain views; a fourth bedroom is a bunk room. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. The first three bedrooms have lanai or balcony access.

The covered lanai provides outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and a firepit. A private infinity-edge pool and hot tub overlook the golf course and ocean. Outdoor facilities include a shower, private yard and garden.

Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, smart television, satellite or cable television and a Sonos audio system are provided. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are supplied; additional beach equipment rentals are available for a charge. Free parking and a garage are available.

Local shops, dining and boutique cafes are within walking distance. Poipu beaches, Koloa Landing and scenic trails are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Access to the Club at Kukui'ula is not included.
