The house

The home has an open-concept upstairs living area with comfortable seating, a large television, split air conditioning and access to the lanai. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, broad counters and a breakfast bar for two; the adjacent dining area seats eight.

Two upstairs bedrooms have king beds. A downstairs studio-style area provides a private lounge and kitchenette for additional privacy.

Outside, the private yard has a spacious lawn, tropical gardens, shaded spaces and a hot tub. The lanai provides outdoor dining and seating, and a dedicated yoga studio offers space for exercise. Other facilities include a washer and dryer, barbecue, outdoor shower, game room and home theater. Beach towels, chairs, mats, an umbrella and boogie boards are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.

Kawela Bay has a residents-only beach entrance a short walk away. Turtle Bay Resort, Waimea Bay and Haleʻiwa are a short drive away. The home is available exclusively for monthly stays.
