The house

Hale Pakika accommodates up to twelve guests beside the first tee of the Kukui‘ula Golf Course. The great room has vaulted ceilings, seating, a long dining table, and glass walls opening to the lanai. The kitchen includes an island with seating for six, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, ice machine, wine fridge, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, and coffee grinder.

Outdoor spaces include a private pool, hot tub, shaded ocean-view lanai, poolside dining, a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and bar seating, a firepit, a cornhole court, lawns, and a private yard. Beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a cooler are provided.

Four bedrooms are in the main home and the fifth is a detached ohana guest suite with a wet bar and mini fridge. The primary suite has a soaking tub, an indoor-outdoor shower, lanai and pool access, and partial ocean and golf views. Guest Bedroom 2 has an outdoor shower and balcony/deck access. The bunk room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and space for a crib or Pack and Play. All five bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms.

The home includes Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, televisions with satellite or cable service, a speaker system, and free parking. Self check-in and check-out are offered. The Club at Kukui‘ula is not included. Neighborhood construction is ongoing, with the nearest site two houses away.
