The house

The open-plan living area has an oversized sectional, a twin daybed and an ocean-view sitting nook. The dining table seats six. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans provide cooling, and entertainment includes a smart TV, satellite or cable TV, DVD player, stereo and speaker system. Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer are available.

The kitchen has granite counters, a large island, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, cookware and utensils. A barbecue is also available.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ocean views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, ocean views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a California king bed and access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The ocean-facing lanai has a private hot tub, picnic table and lounge chairs. The private grassy yard has palms and a hammock, with waves beyond a lava rock wall. An outdoor shower and beach towels, chairs, mats, umbrella, cooler and beach bag are provided. The home has a private entrance, secure entry, security cameras, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Mokulēʻia Beach Park and Dillingham Ranch are within walking distance. Haleʻiwa offers shops, galleries and dining a short drive away. Waimea Valley, Kaʻena Point State Park and Turtle Bay Resort are also a short drive away.
